Very clean and modern hotel. Newly built in the last year. Staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast. It's a functional hotel which could be anywhere in the world. It's a bit of an odd building, but sleep quality is good. The Migros supermarket is literally 5 metres from the entrance so you can buy anything you need.

clean. great breakfast. for our needs, location excellent. the bus stop is 100m away - it’s free with the Ticino card so stop fussing that the hotel is not in Ascona or Locarno. you are exactly equidistant from both. 10 min ride and you are where you need to be

The facilities and the breakfast were excellent also the location was ok ,the staff were helpful and cooperative they have multi lingual staff also having Magros supermarket almost attached to hotel ,door in front of the door

The cleanest hotel we have stayed in a while !! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and very professional! The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable!

New hotel , newly built building. Staff was welcoming, good service, breakfast was average, could be better, more warm variaties. Everything is fresh, clean, smart design.

The stay was pleasant and the room was very clean. Marco was very helpful as well, as we left something behind when we left and he was kind enough to send it over by Post.
